PAM Panelist David Lowery Testifies Before Congressional Subcommittee Regarding Fair Use

Musician and MBUS adjunct professor David Lowery is in D.C. today testifying before the U.S. House Subcommittee on Courts, Intellectual Property and the Internet. The topic of today’s hearing, which will be streaming live at 2 p.m., is “The Scope of Fair Use.”

Lowery’s written testimony can be downloaded from the  House Judiciary Subcommittee website.

PAM is looking forward to hearing Lowery speak at our “Demystifying Digital Revenue Streams” panel on Mar. 5!
